PRODUCTION PROCESS

1. Endplate Preparation

Reinforcement bars are cut into different lengths based on the length of piles.

2. Button Heading

The end of the cut bars are then compressed at a high temperature to form the button head.

3. Cage Making

Spiral wire is welded onto the reinforcement bars to form a rigid pile caging.

4. Assembling

The caging, endplate and mould are assembled at the mould assembling station.

5. Tensioning

Using a high pressure stressing machine, the caging is stressed to produce a straight pile.

6. Pump Feeding

Fresh concrete mix is pumped into the mould using a high-tech pumping machine.

7. Spinning

The mould is then spinned for a few minutes to compact the concrete inside the mould.

8. Sludge Pouring

The sludge remained in the mould after spinning process is pour out into the sludge pond.

9. Steam Curing

The mould is then put into the
steam curing chamber for 4
hours to accelerate the curing
process.

10. Demoulding

Demoulding process is done immediately after completing the steam curing.

11. QA/ QC Checking

To perform detailed checking of the final product and marking process.

12. Delivery

Piles which passes the required quality specifications are then shipped to the construction site.
